This product is a special reagent for qPCR using the probe method. This product is based on the hot-start AceTaq® DNA Polymerase, combined with the optimal buffer optimized for qPCR, can effectively inhibit non-specific amplification, thereby significantly improving amplification efficiency, and is suitable for high-sensitivity qPCR reactions. This product is a 2 × Mix pre-mixed reagent, easy to use. Using this product for qPCR reaction can obtain a good standard curve in a wide quantitative area, accurately quantify and detect the target gene, with good repeatability and high reliability.
