The Ribo-off rRNA Depletion Kit (H/M/R) is designed to deplete rRNA (including cytoplasmic 28S, 18S, 5S rRNA, and mitochodrial 12S, 5.8S rRNA) from human, mouse, and rat total RNA preparations, while leaving mRNA and other non-coding RNA. This kit is suitable for both intact and degraded RNA samples (i.e. FFPE RNA). The obtained rRNA-depleted RNA can be used for analysis applications of mRNA and non-coding RNA (e.g. lncRNA).

The Ribo-off rRNA Depletion Kit (Bacteria) is designed to deplete rRNA (including 16S and 23S rRNA) from total RNA of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and to obtain mRNA and other non-coding RNA. This kit is suitable for both intact and degraded RNA samples (i.e. FFPE RNA) and can remove rRNA in total RNA of 1-5 µg. The obtained rRNA-depleted RNA can be used for analysis applications of mRNA and non-coding RNA (i.e. lncRNA) and other applications.

Ribo-off Globin & rRNA Depletion Kit (Human/Mouse/Rat) is a kit for removing Globin mRNA and rRNA from total RNA in blood samples. This kit is compatible with 0.01 – 1 μg blood total RNA. The total RNA sample undergoes probe hybridization, RNase H digestion, DNase I digestion, etc. Finally, Globin mRNA and rRNA (including cytoplasmic rRNA and mitochondrial rRNA) are removed from total RNA, leaving other mRNA and non-coding RNA, which can be used for the analysis of non-coding RNA such as LncRNA. This kit is compatible with partially degraded RNA samples, and the obtained products are suitable for RNA library preparation and other experiments.

The Ribo-off rRNA depletion kit (Plant) is designed to deplete rRNA (including 5S, 18S and 25S rRNA) from total RNA of plant roots, seeds and leaves and to obtain mRNA and other non-coding RNA. This kit is suitable for removing rRNA from 1 μg – 5μg of plant total RNA. rRNA is depleted by rRNA-to- probe hybridization, RNase H digestion, and DNaseI digestion steps. The retained mRNA and other non-coding RNA can be used for LncRNA and other non-coding RNAs analysis.This kit contains digestion probes targeting of mitochondrial rRNA and chloroplast rRNA. It can efficiently remove major rRNAs from a variety of plant species and provide the most informative sequencing results. This kit is applicable for both intact and degraded RNA samples. The resulting rRNA-depleted RNA is suitable for RNA library preparation and other downstream experiments.
