Hyperactive In-Situ ChIP Library Prep Kit for Illumina is specifically designed for Cleavage Under Targets and Tagmentation (CUT&Tag) technology. CUT&Tag technology is a new method for research on protein-genomic interaction by fusion of Protein G or Protein A with engineered ultra – active Tn5 transposase to form a novel dual-function fusion enzyme (Hyperactive pG- Tn5 / pA-Tn5 Transposase). It precisely binds the DNA sequence near the target protein under the antibody guidance and results in factor-targeted tagmentation, generating fragments used for PCR enrichment or DNA sequencing. Compared with the traditional protein-genomic interaction research method of ChIP-Seq, CUT&Tag has significant advantages of low cell input, short operation time, high signal-to-noise ratio, good repeatability and is especially suitable for research on early embryo development, stem cells, tumors, and epigenetics.

EpiArt DNA Methylation Library Kit for Illumina V3 is a specific methylation library preparation kit targeted at Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform.Based on efficient single-strand ligation technology, the kit converts 10 pg-250 ng of methylated DNA into a dedicated library for the Illumina platform and is compatible with DNA samples as short as 40 bp. The optimized database building process can be completed within 2 h, and the manual operation time is less than 30 min. It is suitable for automatic database building and compatible with capture process. All reagents in the kit underwent strict quality control and functional verification, which ensured the stability and repeatability of library preparation to the greatest extent.

2 × EpiArtTM HS Taq Master Mix is suitable for amplifying bisulfite-converted DNA, and contains EpiArtTM HS Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTP and an optimized buffer. Compared with common DNA, bisulfite conversion results in severe DNA damage and affects PCR performance. This product uses the enzyme-engineered Hot-Start EpiArtTM HS Taq DNA Polymerase and an optimized-buffer system to achieve superior amplification efficiency, sensitivity and specificity for bisulfite-converted DNA compared with common PCR reagents.This product can be used with the EpiArtTM DNA Methylation Bisulfite Kit (Vazyme #EM101). The PCR products contain A at 3′-end, whichcan be directly cloned into the T vector and applied to ClonExpress Rapid Cloning Kit (Vazyme #C112/C113/C115) and 5 min TA/Blunt-Zero Cloning Kit (Vazyme #C601).
