The amplification part of TruePrep DNA Library Prep Kit V2 for Illumina contains a specific polymerase for library amplification with carefully optimized reaction buffer to ensure the efficiency and uniformity of library amplification. It can achieve efficient and stable amplification of different starting amounts of template, and only 1 ng of starting DNA is needed. It can be used as a companion or supplement to TruePrep DNA Library Prep Kit V2 for Illumina (TD501/TD502/TD503).
