TaqDNAPolymeraseisathermostableDNApolymerasethatexhibitsa5́→3́polymeraseactivityanda5́→3́exonucleaseactivity, withno3́→5́exonucleaseactivity.TaqDNAPolymeraseispurifedfromanEscherichiacoli(E.coli) strain overexpressing the gene of Thermus aquaticus DNA Polymerase. No endonuclease, exonuclease, or bacterial DNA were detected in this kit. The PCR products contain A at the 3′-end and can be directly cloned into T-Vectors. The products are also compatible with Vazyme ClonExpress II One Step Cloning Kit series (Vazyme, C#C112, #C113).
