This product T7 RNA polymerase (T7 RNA polymerase) is a protein encoded by the bacteriophage T7 DNA expressed by recombinant E. coli, which is a highly specific recognition of T7 promoter sequence DNA-dependent 5’→3′ RNA polymerase. This product uses single-stranded or double-stranded DNA containing T7 promoter sequence as a template and NTP as substrate to synthesize single-stranded DNA downstream with promoter Double-stranded DNA template strands of complementary RNA.
