The T7 High Yield RNA Transcription Kit optimizes transcription reactions, enabling users to efficiently obtain large quantities of RNA products through in vitro transcription reactions. The kit uses T7 RNA polymerase to transcribe the downstream DNA sequence of the promoter using linear double-stranded DNA containing the T7 promoter sequence as a template and NTPs as substrate to obtain single-stranded RNA.
