Hyperactive pG-Tn5 Transposase for CUT&Tag is a fusion of Protein G and engineering modified ultra-high activity Tn5 transposase to form both transposase and a novel fusion enzyme for Protein G activity, specially adapted to the CUT&Tag technique for protein-genome interaction studies. Compared with ChIP-Seq, a traditional method for studying protein-genome interactions,CUT&Tag has significant advantages, such as short experimental period, high signal-to-noise ratio, good reproducibility, and low cell input volume, especially for early embryonic development, stem cells, tumors, and tableResearch fields such as outlook genetics.
