This product contains 3G Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTP Mix, red visualization dye and optimized buffer, which is easy to use, reduces contamination, and improves detection throughput and reproducibility of results. 3G Taq DNA Polymerase has higher inhibitor tolerance and amplification efficiency than wild-type Taq DNA Polymerase. This product contains red visualization dye, which can be directly subjected to polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and agarose gel electrophoresis after the reaction.
