AceTaq® DNA Polymerase is a chemically modified Taq DNA Polymerase whose activity is completely blocked at room temperature to prevent non-specific amplification and primer dimers during sample preparation and reaction temperature rise. The activity is released only after heating at 95°C. Compared with antibody-based hot-start Taq enzymes, AceTaq® DNA Polymerase has a more complete and stricter activity closure; compared with existing chemically modified hot-start Taq enzymes, the activation time of AceTaq® DNA Polymerase only takes 5 minutes. Compatible with existing PCR programs. AceTaq® DNA Polymerase combined with an optimized buffer system can minimize non-specific amplification and primer dimers, bring the highest sensitivity, and is very suitable for amplifying low-copy genes from complex templates (genome, cDNA). The PCR product has an A at the 3’ end, which can be cloned into the T vector and is suitable for ClonExpress® Rapid Cloning Kit (C112-C113).

HiScript III One Step qRT-PCR Probe 5 × Master Mix is specially designed for single-plex or multiplex qPCR detection using RNA (e.g. virus RNA) as template. It has extremely high stability, which can be stored at 37℃ for 14 days and its performance remains unchanged, and remains liquid form at a storage temperature of – 20℃ to avoid the thawing process of reagents. The reaction can be started by directly adding the template, primers and target probes required for detection. Using gene specific primers (GSP), the reverse transcription and qPCR can be finished in one tube, significantly reducing pipetting procedures and the risk of contamination. Taq HS DNA polymerase is a hot-start Taq polymerase obtained by mixing Champagne Taq antibody with Taq DNA polymerase in an optimal ratio. Due to the unique thermo stability of Champagne Taq antibody, the activity of Taq HS DNA polymerase is still blocked at temperature up to 55℃, which minimizes non-specific amplification during the mixing and system heating. When the reaction is kept at 95℃ for more than 30 sec, Champagene Taq antibody is completely inactivated and Taq enzyme activity is completely released, ensuring that the PCR system has extremely high amplification sensitivity and specificity. The activation of Taq HS DNA polymerase is not affected by pH, ionic strength, etc. It is applicable for various hot-start PCR and qPCR based on Taq DNA polymerase and can be used to amplify gene with low copy numbers from complex templates (genome and cDNA).
