VAHTS AmpSeq Library Prep Kit V3 is based on ultra-multiplex PCR, introducing several core technologies such as end primer digestion, to construct amplicon libraries. The entire library preparation workflow of this kit takes place in a single tube, the sequencing library can be obtained after purification. It takes as little as 5 h from amplification to the generated library, including less than 1.5 h of manual operation. The initial template for this kit is 1 – 100 ng. It is compatible with genomic DNA, FFPE samples, cfDNA, etc. This kit is intended for both the Illumina and Ion Torrent high-throughput sequencing platforms. And corresponding adapters (Vazyme #NA111/ NA121) are also provided. It is compatible with panels including Ion AmpliSeq Series Panel and AmpliSeq for Illumina Series Panel, as well as the corresponding individually customized panels. Compared to the previous generation (Vazyme #NA201), the library preparation and sequencing quality have been greatly improved. The optimized multiplex amplification module has good amplification performance for different input amounts and customized panels. The upgraded digestion module can effectively solve the problem of PCR products contamination and improve data utilization. The newest ligation module increases the effective library ratio. Comprehensive product upgrade ensures the high coverage and high uniformity of the amplicon library. With this kit, the sequencing results are more stable and reliable, helping researchers and testing personnel to complete high quality library preparation quickly and easily. All the reagents provided in the kit have undergone rigorous quality control and functional testing, to ensure the optimal stability and repeatability of library preparation.

VAHTS Dual UMI UDB Adapters Set 1-Set 8 for MGI is a special kit for library preparation of BGI high-throughput sequencing platform. It applies to multi-sample DNA library preparation of BGI high-throughput sequencing platform. The kit includes VAHTS Dual UMI Adapters for MGI UDB and VAHTS Unique Dual Barcode Primer for MGI. In the kit, VAHTS Dual UMI Adapters for MGI UDB is an incomplete double-ended UMI adapter that is compatible with a variety of T-A connected library preparation kits. A 5-6 nt Unique Molecular Identifier(UMI) was added to each end of Insert DNA afterAdapters connection, which could be used to detect low-frequency mutations. The VAHTS Unique Dual Barcode Primer for MGI contains Unique Dual Barcode(UDB) with specific collocation. After library amplification, double test of two completely independent indexes can be realized. Index hopping & Index misassignment can be minimized to ensure that Reads entering the analysis process are close to the real situation of the sample.

VAHTS HiFi Amplification Mix for MGI is a high fidelity PCR amplification master mix. The core component of this product is VAHTS HiFi DNA Polymerase. It is a new generation high yield and high fidelity DNA polymerase adapted from Pfu DNA Polymerase. It has greatly increased sensitivity, high amplification efficiency and extensive template compatibility. The amplification error rate of VAHTS HiFi DNA Polymerase is 52-fold lower than that of Taq DNA Polymerase and 6-fold lower than that of Pfu DNA Polymerase, which ensures the fidelity. Matched with optimized buffer system, libraries with low preference, wide template input range, high yield, and high stability can be obtained. Except for the template, this kit contains all the components required for PCR amplification, thereby simplifying the operation process. This product contains special protective agent, the activity won’t be affected after long-term storage or repeated freezing and thawing. The products are blunt-ended and can be directly used for blunt-ended cloning.
