The VAHTS Universal DNA Library Prep Kit for Ion Torrent V2 is a DNA library preparation kit optimized specifically for the Ion Torrent high-throughput sequencing platform. This kit can convert 5 ng to 1 ug of input DNA into a dedicated library for the Ion Torrent high-throughput sequencing platform. As a new upgrade version, the VAHTS Universal DNA Library Prep Kit for Ion Torrent V2 greatly increases the library conversion rate and amplified library yield through overall improvement of the end repair module, the ligation module and the library amplification module. This kit is widely applicable to PCR or PCR-free library preparation of various samples, and is compatible with the target capture process. All the reagents provided in the kit have undergone rigorous quality control and functional test to ensure the optimal stability and repeatability of library preparation.
