VAHTS Universal Plus DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina V2 is a DNA library preparation kit featuring enzyme-based fragmentation specifically developed for Illumina high-throughput sequencing platforms. This kit is an upgraded version of the original one. It significantly reduces the proportion of Artificial Invert Chimera Reads in the DNA library of FFPE samples and improves the reliability of the detection of SNV and other biomarkers while maintaining the original high performance. The kit combines DNA fragmentation, end repair, and dA-tailing into one step. The adapter ligation, library amplification, and size selection can be performed directly without additional purification. VAHTS Universal Pro DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina is specially designed for library preparation for next generation sequencing (NGS) on Illumina® platforms, containing FFPE DNA repair modules, suitable for library preparation from 100 pg – 1 μg of input DNA. This kit contains a DNA damage repair module that can effectively repair DNA damage caused by formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE), such as deamination of cytosine, nicks and gaps, oxidized bases, blocked 3´ ends, etc, compatible with common DNA samples without affecting the quality of normal DNA sample libraries. VAHTS HiFi Amplification Mix for MGI is a high fidelity PCR amplification master mix. The core component of this product is VAHTS HiFi DNA Polymerase. It is a new generation high yield and high fidelity DNA polymerase adapted from Pfu DNA Polymerase. It has greatly increased sensitivity, high amplification efficiency and extensive template compatibility. The amplification error rate of VAHTS HiFi DNA Polymerase is 52-fold lower than that of Taq DNA Polymerase and 6-fold lower than that of Pfu DNA Polymerase, which ensures the fidelity.
