The VAHTS Target Capture Core Exome Panel is designed with Imwaldt probes and consists of over 400,000 120 nt ssDNA probes. Human GRC h38/hg38 was used as the reference genome, covering 19,441 genes in Refseq, CCDS, ClinVar and other databases, and the target capture region was 33.9 Mb, which was compatible with mixed capture of up to 12 samples.

VAHTS Target Capture Universal Blockers and Post-PCR Primer Mix for Illumina-TS contains Universal Blockers for IlluminA-TS Illumina-TS and Post-PCR Primer Mix for Illumina-TS two fractions. Among them, Universal Blockers for IlluminA-TS is a generic adaptor blocking sequence directed at Illumina common DNA libraries. This universal Blockers is suitable for DNA libraries labeled with single or double ends of 6-8 bp Barcode. It can effectively reduce the series structure formed between different library molecules due to the annealing between joints during hybridization, so as to reduce the non-specific hybridization and improve the medium target rate of hybridization capture reaction. Post-PCR Primer Mix for IlluminA-TS is a universal amplification primer directed to Illumina’s TruSeq DNA library. All components in the kit have gone through strict quality control and functional verification, which ensures the stability and repeatability of the experiment to a large extent.

VAHTS Target Capture Universal Blockers and Post-PCR Primer Mix for MGI-SI contains Universal Blockers for MGI-SI and Post-PCR Primer Mix for MGI-SI contains two components. Among them, Universal Blockers for MGI-SI is a universal splice blocking sequence directed at MGI platform DNA library. This universal Blockers is suitable for single-ended Barcode labeled DNA library.
